1. MAKING A RESERVATION

Please complete all the information in the booking form.

Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the day you arrive at your destination.

A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full payment must be received 15 days prior to the departure date.

We reserve the right to cancel the booking without prior notice if the balance is not paid by the deadlines and you will forfeit your deposit.

We reserve the right to cancel any tour and to decline to accept any person as a participant in a tour.

Single supplement must be paid at the time of booking. The company will assist in finding another single traveler of the same sex to share a room but this is not guaranteed.

2. TOUR FARE INCLUDES

Accommodation – based on twin share. For a child (2 – 11 years old) sharing a room with adults, (without extra bed), including daily continental breakfast

The services of an experienced English speaking tour manager

Sightseeing and orientation tours included in the itinerary

Daily transportation on luxury coaches and other transportation listed in itinerary

Gratuity for the tour manager and coach driver

3. TOUR FARE EXCLUDES

Travel insurance and visa fees

Meals provided in the tour are indicated. Meals not listed would be at your own expense

Please refer to the optional tour activities price list

Any charges for extras not listed in itinerary

Room services, telephone charges, laundry fees

ANHVIET TOURIST will accept no responsibility for losses, damages or bodily harm

Transport prior to joining the tour

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

If you cancel your tour for any reason including medical or personal reasons, cancellation fees will apply:

35-28 days before departure – Full refund

27-15 days before departure – Full refund minus any administration fee

14-8 days before departure- 50% of tour price

Less than 7 days departure – 100% of tour price

5. LIABILITIES

ANHVIET TOURIST ( AND GOEUGO) is not liable for any expenses caused by delays of any kind

ANHVIET TOURIST – GoEuGo CO-BRAND will accept no responsibilities for losses or additional expense due to accident, delay, weather, strike or cause beyond its control.

Passengers must have a valid passport. Your passport must remain valid for at least 6 months from the arrival date. GoEuGo will not be held responsible for any expenses if passenger is refused entry by any country.

ANHVIET TOURIST is not liable if passenger(s) decide to withdraw during the tour.

ANHVIET TOURIST reserves the right to alter or curtail the itinerary substitute hotels and/or conveyances as it is deemed necessary.

ANHVIET TOURIST will not accept liability for acts of violence for any single sharing a room with others. Non-refundable for any unused portion of the tour and any meals listed in itinerary after departure whatever the reason is that you cannot continue with the tour.

ANHVIET TOURIST partnership with GoEuGo also reserves the right to require any individual to withdraw from the tour if deemed his/her act of conduct is detrimental to or incompatible with the interest, harmony & welfare of other passengers and the tour as a whole. GoEuGo shall be under no further liability thereafter to any such person.
